Description

USDA Forest Service, Coronado National Forest (CNF) has a requirement for supply of classic corral fence and gate panels to be delivered and off loaded to a designated location at Santa Catalina Ranger Station, under Commercial Items format.� � Items are as follows: Classic Corral Fence Panels, Height 64 inches, Length 12 feet, 14-gauge High Tensile Steel rails with 13 gauge frame; Classic Corral Panel Gate w/Chain, Length 12 feet, 14-gauge High Tensile Steel rails with 13 gauge frame; HANDLING AND SHIPPING CHARGES INCLUDED IN UNIT PRICING/EXTENDED COST DELIVERY:� Santa Catalina Ranger Station, 5700 N Sabino Canyon Rd, Tucson, AZ 85750 Time Limit:� Contractor will have (4) four weeks to complete this task from issuance of award. Questions should be sent to Purchasing Agent in writing before March 9, 2021, 1600 MST (Arizona). This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 332323 (500 Empl).� Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).� The Request For Quotations (RFQ) �will be made available on this announcement, on or after February 18, 2021.� Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. Responses to this solicitation may be sent by email in electronic format.� Email responses shall �only be sent to the Purchasing Agent (all submittal and deadline requirements shall be met): margaret.cisco@usda.gov �on or before the closing date and time for the solicitation.� Mail-in offers may be sent to: R3 AQM, Attn: Margaret Cisco, PO Box 640, 30 S.
