Description

VA West Haven Siemens Desigo CC Software Upgrade SCOPE OF WORK: Insight Software Upgrade to Desigo CC: West Haven has a requirement to move to a newer 2016 Server Platform and Windows 10 OS as the existing server and Windows 7 OS will no longer be supported by Microsoft after January 2020. The existing Insight Software is not compatible with the 2016 Server Platform and should be upgraded to Desigo CC. The existing database, shall be converted as follows: Furnish and install Desigo CC on a virtual Server Platform at the West Haven VA. Desigo CC to be installed on a Physical Server (by VACT) Server Hardware to be provided by VACT to meet Desigo CC Operating System and Hardware Requirements. Database Server will be configured with Desigo CC software. Install Desigo CC link on up to 20 P.C. s throughout the building. Test and verify each link. Migrate up to 150 graphics from existing Insight system using the Desigo graphics Package. Create up to 25 new Graphics to meet Facility Standards. Siemens will meet with operators to develop new Standards leveraging the enhanced Desigo CC Graphics capabilities to create a more robust and productive user experience, as required. Migrate/ rebuild existing trend reports as required. Configure up to 20 unique User Accounts to match existing Insight User Accounts. Set up and create 3 levels of permissions and apply them to up each of the 20 users. IT Coordination with the VA Service Operations-End User Operations Office of IT and Technology. Up to 40 Hours of Project Management time for on-site meetings shall be included. Up to 80 hours of IT coordination is included by Siemens Technician to work with VA IT Staff. Includes up to 40 hours of onsite Operator Training for Desigo CC Panel Migration: Include flashing over (10) existing PXC modular control panels to the latest firmware available for the Desigo CC to work. All existing PXC controllers will remain in place. All existing sensors, valves, actuators and comm line will remain in place.
