- Dr. Narun Pornpattananangkul has extensive, unique experience�in piplelines for analyzing large amounts of neurimaging data. ��He has a) experience with large datasets (e.g. ABCD), b) experience working in neuroimaging (e.g. rsMRI), c) deep understanding of the �curse of multidimensionality� and how to use modern machine learning applications to resolve it (e.g. regularized regression), d) experience using advanced statistical inference (e.g. permutation-based regression) or cross-validation; e) experience with computational modeling, in particular theory-based approaches, such as reinforcement learning models; and f) has publications in psychology and or psychiatry, especially in the field of mood and anxiety disorders.� Dr. Narun Pornpattananangkul�s past experience with the MDBU combined with his experience and education make Dr. Narun Pornpattananangkul the only source available to perform this work.
