- This is a solicitation for commercial services issued as a request for quote RFQ N32253-21-Q-0024. Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & IMF have 420 each HP250 bottles to be refurbished to new/like new state and recertified for service for a period no less than 5 years per MIL STD 1411 (latest Rev.), 49 CFR (latest Rev.) CGA C-1 (latest Rev.) and CGA C-6 (latest Rev.)� The Contractor shall provide all services to include: hydrostatic pressure test, inspect/dress threads (internal and external), sandblast, prime, paint, stencil*, replace valve and Teflon seal, change safety, handling pins, clips, dust cap/plug, decal and stamp good for a period of 5 years.� All HP250 bottles must be color-coded gray with two black bands encircling the neck. The applicable NAICS code assigned to this procurement is 325120. The size standard for this NAICS code is 1,000 employees. The Product Service Code is J049, � Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment. Tentative Period of Performance: 26 February 2021 � 25 February 2022 If you are unable to meet the tentative period of performance date, please submit soonest availability with submission of quotation. Please note the following:� � Offers must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure established in the Solicitation. This includes all shipping back to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and IMF �Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5, and FAR 52.204-2 applies to this procurement. Offers need to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, 52.204-24, and 52.204-26. Contract award will be in accordance to 52.212-2 as stated in the solicitation. Quotes are due to this office no later than 0700 HST 23 FEB 2021. Quotes must be sent via e-mail to the primary and secondary�points of contact.
