Tenth Street Indianapolis IN 46202 USA nathan.heikkinen@va.gov Page 2 of 2 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This document serves as notification of the upcoming solicitation for the Veterans Administration construction project #583-18-102, Renovate Lab Histology, Cytology, and Molecular located at: Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center 1481 W. Tenth Street Indianapolis, IN 46202 The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to Renovate Lab at the Richard L. Roudebush VHA Health Care System. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable laws, codes, and regulations. This project will be 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction - with a standard size of $39.5M. The magnitude of this construction project will be between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The VA will issue an RFP or IFB on or about March 1, 2021 via https://beta.sam.gov/. A site visit will be scheduled - the date, time and location will be posted in the solicitation. The point of contact for this project is Nathan Heikkinen, Contracting Officer.
