- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation seeking vendors interested in supplying the EPA with an inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES) with laser ablation system. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Acquisition Solutions (OAS), Headquarters Acquisition Division (HQAD), Simplified Acquisitions/Laboratory Supplies Branch, under the authority of FAR Part 13 is seeking quotes for the laboratory equipment described in the attachment. The EPA is seeking a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. For a full description of the requirements, reference the attachment with specifications and evaluation criteria. Send the quotation via FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net referencing 68HERH21Q0011. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02. This solicitation is unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 334516 with a small business size standard of $1,000 employees. Offerers should submit a quotation for the equipment offered as well as technical information indicating that the equipment offered meets the specifications. The EPA is seeking a complete system; offers of a partial system will not be accepted. See the attached listing of applicable provisions. Vendors are expected to comply with the terms and conditions outlined by the solicitation provisions. Queries may be submitted via email to tichacek.william@epa.gov until 23:59 on 2/25/2021. Queries submitted after this point will not receive a response. Vendors should not expect an individual response to queries. If the contract specialist determines that the query and answer would be of interest to all vendors, then an amendment to the RFQ will be posted with the response. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
