- Description
- The U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Portfolio Manager Logistics Combat Element Systems (LCES) is conducting a request for information (RFI) to determine the feasibility of solutions capable of supporting a hosted cloud-based desk and conference room reservation tool. The LCES is specifically interested in solutions within these categories that meet their needs: Access to a hosted cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) desk and conference room reservation tool Scalable- approximately 325 users for approximately 200 desks and 25 conference rooms to start with a possible increase in users, desks and conference rooms in follow-on years Make desk and conference room reservation from a secure mobile app Make desk and conference room reservation from a secure website Compatible with Office 365 Real-time scheduling for desks Real-time scheduling for conference rooms Make advance reservations Reserve desks for one day or multiple days at a time (max) Run trend or usage reports Customize permissions for regular users to admin type users Monitor workspace usage Set up �neighborhoods� that allows only personnel from those neighborhoods to reserve desks Remove spaces to enable social distancing Manage private office areas Open or close desks on the fly in case of tech or other issues. Cloud service provider with low-impact software as a service (LI-SaaS) FedRAMP baseline or similar data at rest and in transit security Help desk support during business hours Data, data at rest and data in transit is secure � Interested parties should submit responses, to include a description of their capabilities and experience, business size information and socio-economic category no later than 5 March 2021. Responses should include availability of services under exisiting contract vehicles such as Federal Supply Schedules, Navy SeaPort-e, or other Government Wide Acquisition Contracts.
