Request for Information (RFI) ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE VIRTUAL BOOT CAMP SEMINAR � RESPONSE INFORMATION Purpose This Request for Information (RFI) is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation or obligation on the part of the U.S. Government.� This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this Notice.� No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Notice.� Respondents will not be notified of the results of this evaluation.� Capability statements will not be returned and will not be accepted after the due date.� Generic corporate marketing materials, which do not address the requirements set forth below, should not be submitted.� If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capabilities, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements to demonstrate that small business prime contractors can maintain labor, technical and management control of the projects. Objectives The objective of this Request for Information is to assist the Government in determining the availability of potential offerors that can provide the services identified in this notice.� Background (High-level SOW objectives) Administer educational and interactive sessions on a virtual platform coordinated by the prospective offeror. The prospective offeror will furnish the virtual platform for the sessions if they act in the role of administrator.� The prospective offeror will need an NIH account to access NIH platforms. The interactive and training sessions will be developed with NINR input and approval.� Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, conferences, and trainings in a virtual setting developed in conjunction with Gov�t staff. Provide continuing education units. Provide status reports, minutes, and summary of results of virtual sessions. The anticipated Period of Performance for this requirement is 1 May 2021 thru 30 April 2022. Instructions and Response Guidelines Interested parties are requested to respond to this Notice with a capability statement and supporting artifacts. Capability statements may not exceed 10 pages excluding the cover page. Section 1 � Administrative Information Provide administrative information including the following as a minimum: ������������������������������������������������������ Company Name; Company Address; Company Point of Contact, Phone and Email address; Strategic Sourcing Contract Number. Business Type (i.e., small business, 8(a), woman owned, veteran owned, etc.) NAICS code with Small business certification(s) Section 2. � Related Corporate Experience Interested parties are requested to provide a summary of the Organization Certifications, relevant to this effort not to exceed three (3) pages. This summary should address all mandatory certifications, justification for equivalent certifications, and additional applicable certifications. If a source lists other certification that may be applicable or equivalent to a mandatory certification, the source must explain why that certification is beneficial/applicable. For each certification, specify the requisite details of the certificate (e.g. level, type, accrediting body, date, etc.). In particular, interested parties should provide information related to the following mandatory requirements: Familiarity with and knowledge of the NIH National Cancer Institute Center for Biomedical Informatics & Information Technology (NCI-CBIIT) environment. Knowledge and understanding of the NIH acquisition process and the major business systems that support the NIH acquisition process. Expertise and certifications in the use of standard platforms, components and/or technologies that serve as the foundation for the DGS web applications as described in Section 1.1 of the SOW. � Section 3. � Capability Approach�� Interested parties are requested to provide a high-level approach not to exceed five (5) pages detailing how you will be able to meet all the requirements outlined in the PWS based upon your experience performing under similar efforts. This response should include sufficient information for each task area. Section 4. � Historical Performance: Potential Sources are requested to provide a past performance summary not to exceed seven (7) pages with up to five (5) previous contracts whose effort is recent and relevant to the size, scope, and complexity of the effort required by this Sources Sought Notice-Request for Information. Contracts are defined as any Federal, State, and Local Government contracts as well as any private contracts. This summary should provide an overview of the effort and discuss your organization�s specific role in accordance with the template provided. For the purposes of this Request for Information, �recent� is defined as a contract (prime or subcontract) that is currently in-progress or that was completed within the past three (3) years. *Interested parties are advised to examine this RFI and the supplemental documents in the attachments in their entirety to ensure its response provides all the information requested. Interested parties are cautioned that merely re-stating the requirements with a statement of intent to perform DOES NOT reflect an understanding of the requirements or capability to perform. Statements such as �the Offeror understands� and �the Offeror has a long history of outstanding support� along with responses that paraphrase the Request for Information and supplemental documents will be considered as insufficient information to support a firm�s capability. Phrases such as �standard procedures shall be employed� or �well known techniques will be utilized� will also not be considered sufficient. Summary Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP if one is issued. General questions regarding this notice may be submitted via Email to Mainea@od.nih.gov No Later than four days from the release of this notice on February 23, 2021 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time. The Government reserves the right to respond to some, all, or none of the questions submitted or to amend this notice. Firms that meet the requirements described in this notice are invited to submit their capability statements. Capability statements must be submitted via Email to Mainea@od.nih.gov No later than Ten days from the release of this notice on March 1, 2021 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
