A statement of work will be included, but may be modified by time of solicitation. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 611519 which has a corresponding Size standard of $16.5M. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. The Underwater Construction Team Two, located in Port Hueneme, California has a requirement for qualified Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat operators to support deployment requirements. The requirements under this procurement supports the UCT-2s Training Department in providing Technical Training Support Services on an interim basis for deploying personnel. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a follow-on effort, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This is not a Request for Quotation, a Request for Proposal, an invitation for Bid, or any other commitment by the US Navy to contract for the items contained in the Sources Sought. The Government will not reimburse costs incurred while developing a response to this Sources Sought. Refer to attachments for full details.
