- COVID-19 DEEP CLEANING SERVICES SERVICES: The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Regional Office, Anadarko Agency has a need for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and incidentals for the environmental cleaning and disinfectant services in accordance with the latest recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). All cleaning and sanitizing shall be provided as the commercial equivalent of a 'deep cleaning' and in accordance with the Statement of Work and Terms and Conditions. LOCATION: BIA, Anadarko Agency; 124 E. Parker McKenzie Drive, Anadarko, OK 73005 - 14,000 square feet. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: All work will be completed within the dates of February 20-21, 2021. See Section F for additional information. SET A-SIDE: This contract is being issued as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. NAICS CODE: For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 561720, Janitorial Services, with a size standard of $19.5m.
