- This is a solicitation for Mobile Occupational Health Surveillance and Laboratory Services prepared with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 and 15, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This anouncement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being solicited and this is the written solicitation. Solicitation number W912L721R0002 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03 effective date�February 16, 2021. This requirement is UNRESTRICTED, and the North American size standard is $16.5 Million. North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 621999. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this Agency. This award is subject to the Service Contract Act,�https://beta.sam.gov/ , Carroll, Blount, Davidson, and� Rutherford counties. The Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) intends to award a single Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract. Offers are due in this office by Monday,�22 March 2021 at 10:00 AM Central standard time.
