- The Government intends to procure products using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition�Procedures, and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, as applicable. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested.�Solicitation Number: SPE601-21-R-0304�for Liquid Argon for Anniston Army Depot, Alabama, Robins AFB, Georgia, and Tinker AFB, Oklahoma�is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2021-04 Effective 19 January 2021;�Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS): DPN 20210115 Effective 15 January 2021; DLAD current to DLAD Rev. 6 & Proc. Ltr. 2021-05�(Revised January 28, 2021). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325120. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 and this�solicitation is an unrestricted, Full and Open Competition for Liquid Argon (ALW) NSN 6830-01-649-9659 Grade LW and�Liquid Argon (LAA) NSN 9135-01-649-5576, IAW military specification MIL-PRF-27415C, Type II, Grade A, Argon, Liquid, dated 7 August 2013.�This requirement also includes Ancillary services such as Emergency/Emergency�Delivery, Detention Fee, Fill Line Restriction Orifice, Tank Hot Fill, Equipment Usage Fee / Telemetry, Installation of Equipment and Removal of Equipment.� The contractor shall provide all products, materials, supplies, management,�tools equipment, transportation and labor necessary for the delivery of Liquid Argon�f.o.b. destination into Government-owned tanks. A detail description of requirements for items (line number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure) to be acquired is listed on the Schedule�(SF 1449). The Government intends to award one�Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial�Items.� The period of performance is 1 July�2021 - 30 June 2026.
