- Description
- The Strategic Sealift R&D Program at Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division announces an Industry Day for the follow-on contract of the Environmental and Ship Motion Forecasting (ESMF) System. ESMF employs a wave measuring radar, ship motion prediction software, processing hardware, additional sensors, and an operator interface to provide an operational capability to measure, predict, and display environmental and ship motion parameters needed for ship operators to safely conduct wave condition and ship motion sensitive operations at sea.
