- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA Regional Office Procurement Office Central, Network Contracting Office 10, located at 260 East University Avenue, 2nd Floor, Cincinnati, OH 45219 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to PDC Facilities, 700 Walnut Ridge Drive, Hartland, WI 53029. PDC Facilities, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), provided service to the original MRI System installed at the Chillicothe VAMC. A new service agreement is required and only PDC Facilities can provide services as they were the OEM on the previous contract and do not allow third party vendors to perform work on any equipment/services/supplies originally provided by PDC Facilities. Therefore, it is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. The associated North American Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 238990. Requirement: Item Description 1 White LED Bulbs for Recessed MRI Safe Can Lights 2 LED Directional Lights 3 DC Lighting Control System with Dimming Capability 4 MRI Safe UHD Ceiling Video Display 5 Video Display Bezel 6 Technologist Tablet w/ Theme & Lighting Control App 7 Patient Tablet w/ Theme & Lighting Control App 8 MR Compatible Speakers 9 Blu-Ray / DVD Player 10 My Device HDMI Connection for Third-Party Content 11 Receiver 12 Wireless Access Point 13 Control Rack & All Components Contained Within 14 Software & Theme Updates if/when Available 15 Illuminated Ceiling Image This notice of satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available currently available at this time. Interested parties may give written notice to Dionna.JonesBanks@va.gov by 4:00pm e.s.t. on February 22, 2021. Supporting evidence must be furnished in detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based on responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
