- Notice of Intent This notice is in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions.� The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(2) procedures, to Ricoh USA, Inc. (DUNS: 043964519) for licensing, maintenance and support of 97 Ricoh multi-functional devices (MFDs).� The Period of Performance is one (1) Base Year and one (1) Option Year. PBGC requires the following: -���� Autostore Device Licenses, M&S -���� User Client Bundle (20pk)(1-9), M&S -���� As Additional OCR Engine, M&S -���� Autostore File Imprt Licenses (60K pgs/year)(3-5), M&S -���� Maintenance of 71 B&W MFDs -���� Maintenance of 26 Color MFDs This is not a Request for Quotation, but a Notice of Intent issued for informational purposes only. A Request for Quotation will not be issued. Interested parties may submit their capability statements for the required services via email to: Brittany A. Helmkamp at Helmkamp.Brittany@pbgc.gov and Olena Evans at Evans.Olena@pbgc.gov no later than February 24, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. The PBGC will not reimburse any costs connected with providing the capability information. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this Notice.
