THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT: USAGM-SN-21-PNN -0001AM ORIGINAL PROGRAMMING The United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM), Office of Contracts (CON) located at 330 Independence Ave, SW Washington, D.C. 20237, intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Seyed Arash Sobhani doing business as Level 13 Media (DUNS 968716774) to film, produce and deliver video and musical performances supporting the upcoming Persian New Year Nowruz Celebration.. The various broadcast ready segments will be filmed; edited and produced using well-known Persian entertainers and studio productions domestically and internationally in the Persian (Farsi) language and delivered to USAGM by March 16, 2021.
