- Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this amendment is to publish the following revised milestone dates: On Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, two (2) site walk-thru s have been scheduled for this project and another contract opportunity. Prospective bidders shall meet to check-in at the VA New Jersey Healthcare System, Building 5A, Facilities Management Services (FMS) Conference Room, 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, NJ 07018. All participants are required to bring and wear personal protection equipment (masks or face coverings) at all times. Early arrivals are recommended to secure parking as spaces are limited. The revised deadline for the submission of requests for information (RFI's) is no later than 3:00 PM EST Friday, February 26, 2021. To preserve the integrity of the procurement process, please compile all questions and RFI s following a thorough review of the specifications and drawings and submit those inquiries in one (1) email to mitchelle.labady@va.gov. An amendment will be posted with RFI s received and the VA s responses. At the Contracting Officer s discretion, untimely responses may not receive a response. The bid opening date and time has been revised to 1:00 PM EST Thursday, March 11, 2021. All other terms and conditions of IFB no. 36C24221B0013 for the Renovation of the Mental Health Unit at the VA New Jersey Healthcare System East Orange Campus remain in full force and effect.
