- The Navajo Are Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC), Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive , firm-fixed priced award to Change Healthcare, DUNS number 962442567, for Revenue Cycle Management Solutions (clearinghouse for 3rd party payers), located at GIMC medical facility.� Award will be for a base period of 12 months with up to 2 option periods of 12 months each for a total period of 3 years, if all option periods are exercised. Change Healthcare is the only source uniquely qualified to provide the required services for Revenue Cycle Management Solutions, to ensure there is not interruption in services that could have a negative impact on direct patient care. This notice is not a solicitation for quotes or offers.� Any potential sources other than Change Healthcare may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Geralene Clark, Purchasing Agent at Geralene.Clark@ihs.gov by 2:00 PM, MDT on Thursday, February 25, 2021.� Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.� Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� A solicitation will not be issued.
