- 2/22/2021 Soliciation Revision W90WL521Q0008 0002 Synopsis: 1. Add Asbestos Test Report. 2/18/2021 Solicitation Revision W90WL521Q0008 0001 Synopsis: 1. Add Q & A Document to Soliciation. 2. Add Final Site Visit Document Scheduled for 2/23/2021 at 12:00pm. 3. Revise Soliciation Document Wage Determination froms ""Heavy"" to ""Building"". This requirement is set-aside for Small Businesses. Abstract: This solicitation seeks qualified bidders to design and install a new propane, forced air HVAC system w ith DX cooling for Tooele Army Depot Building 1283. The project w ill include the demolition of the old system and the installation of the new system including supply ducts, return ducts, dif fusers, electrical w iring, conduits, propane gas line, regulators and electric heater in the mechanical room. The new HVAC system shall be designed to keep the building at a constant temperature in the w inter and summer months. Site visits are available for scheduling f or the w eek of February 8-11, 2021, betw een 9:00am and 4:00pm. Site Visit Attendees must contact James Drak at (435) 833-2607 or james.m.drak.civ@mail.mil no later than 24 hours prior to each site visit. The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. Davis Bacon Wages are mandatory, accessible at http://www.w dol.gov/dba.aspx General Decision Number: UT20210097 01/01/2021 Quotations are due no later than 25 February 2021 at 1:00 pm (MST) Bid Bond shall be included with offer submission in accordance with FAR 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee. The Government seeks to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract utilizing Best-Value method of evaluation of bids.
