The purpose of this modification to this solicitation is to include past performance�details and bio-based clause (FAR 52.223-2). The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and�Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS), shall award a firm fixed price�commercial services contract for janitorial services at their National Wildlife Research�Center (NWRC) facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. The Contractor shall furnish all�management, supervision, qualified custodial employees to provide janitorial services in�accordance with the requirements specified herein.
