Reference : B.08 Amendment 1_Republication with updated PWS, maps and extended due date_21Q0008.pdf ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ Mowing Services at Georgetown/Granger Lake, Texas in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division (SWD) Fort Worth District (SWF). The Contract Specialist point of contact for this anticipated solicitation is Karen Harkins, 817-886-1289, karen.harkins@usace.army.mil 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Fort Worth District intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for mowing services. Solicitation W9126G21Q0008 The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Total Small Business set-aside. Place of Performance: Georgetown/Granger Lake, Texas The estimated duration is an initial Base Period of twelve (12) months with up to 4 Option Periods of twelve (12) months each, and one (1) Option period for six (6) months for a total not to exceed contract period of 66 months. The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform mowing services at Georgetown/Granger, Texas for the duration of the contract period. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code 561730 (Lawn mowing services), The Small Business Size Standard is $8.0 Million.
