- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a�solicitation for Janitorial Services at seven (7) locations throughout Central Massachusetts (MA).� Services will be for a base and two option years. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services at the following locations in MA: 31 HANCOCK COURT, QUINCY, MA (4,200 Sq. ft.) 141 TREMONT STREET, BOSTON, MA (3,700 Sq. ft.) 11 ELKIN STREET, SUITE 209, BOSTON, MA (1,050 Sq. ft.) �60 K STREET, BOSTON, MA (1,292 Sq. ft.) �4640 WASHINGTON STREET, ROSLINDALE, MA (1,860 Sq. ft.) �940 BOSTON PROVIDENCE HWY, NORWOOD, MA (1,500 Sq. ft.) �8 MAIN STREET, MEDFORD, MA (580 Sq. ft.) OFFICES LESS THAN 3,000 SQUARE FEET WILL REQUIRE SERVICE TWO (2) DAYS PER WEEK AND OFFICES GREATER THAN 3,000 SQUARE FEET WILL REQUIRE SERVICE THREE (3) DAYS PER WEEK. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
