- Description
- This is a Sole Source for Delligati Associates. NAWCAD is implementing a Systems Engineering Transformation (SET) initiative in order to address increasing acquisition cycle time and complexity. The increase in acquisition cycle time is driven by the exponential growth in System Complexity, system of systems connectivity and security. SET is a formalization of systems modeling for the entire acquisition cycle to include specifications, design and development, manufacturing, integration, test, deployment, operation and support. Part of developing these system models is usage of the Systems Modeling Language (SysML), which is an industry standard. In order to facilitate this transformation, workforce training in SysML is required at several different levels. This SOW describes the requirement for training aimed at the model reviewer as well as those interested in better understanding systems modeling and SysML. Requirement: Course must cover at a minimum the following: Basic SysML diagram definition and usage of : Block definition diagrams Internal Block Diagrams Package Diagrams Use Case Diagrams Requirements Diagrams Activity Diagrams Sequence Diagrams State Machine Diagrams Parametric Diagrams Allocation Relationships Identify the core tenets of MBSE and the situations in which it is recommended. Understand the intent and basic structure of the SysML language and interpret SysML models of complex sociotechnical systems. Learn the intent, representations, and functions of each of the nine kinds of SysML Diagrams and cross-cutting allocation relationships. Provide a self-paced online course with approximately 35 hours of SysML and MBSE instruction. Provide a time-based subscription purchase option for this training to enable 400 or more students per year to have unlimited access to the full online, on-demand course during the period of subscription. Each participant in the course shall be able to log in to the online course from a web browser on a desktop computer at any location in the U.S. Course provided shall be of sufficient depth and breadth to adequately prepare students for the OCSMP Level 1 and Level 2 certification exams. For example the course shall have OCSMP-style sample questions embedded into the course content to provide course participants familiarity with the style and format of the OCSMP certification exams. Provide a certificate at successful completion of course.
