See solicitation documents attached to this updated solicitation announcement. --------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0001 This amendment makes the following changes: - To provide GSA responses to RFI's submitted in regards to�Solicitation No. 47PE0721R0022, TSA Security Upgrades at Fort Lauderdale Airport - To extend the proposal due date from February 22, 2021 to March 1 at 3:00pm ET - To incorporate Wage Determination No. FL20210197 dated February 12 2021 See solicitation documents attached to this updated solicitation announcement. --------------------------------------------------------- Fort Lauderdale Airport, 100 Terminal Drive, Fort Lauderdale FL Proposals Due: 22 February 2021 at 3:00pm ET Site Visit: 2 February 2021 at 10:00am ET The General Services Administration, Public Building Service, Southeast Sunbelt Region 4, is announcing an opportunity for a ""TSA Security Upgrades"" design-build project in TSA spaces in the Fort Lauderdale Airport at 100 Terminal Dr, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33315. The scope of work of this project includes but is not limited to the design and installation of High Security Locks, Duress Alarms, Intrusion Detection System, Hirsch Electronic Access Control, Video Intercom/Door Answering System with Door Lock Release, and CCTV System upgrades. This procurement is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5 million.� The total estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000.� The period of performance for this project is 180 calendar days. The awardee will be competitively chosen using Source Selection (FAR 15.3) procedures. The objective of the Source Selection Process is to select a proposal that represents the best value to the government. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and offers the best value to the government, considering the technical factors and total evaluated price. The technical factors will include experience, past performance and management approach. A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, 2 February 2021 at 10:00am ET.� Interested firms must register in advance for attendance.� Firms are limited to 2 individuals and must comply with COVID-19 protocols to attend. Questions are due no later than 4 February 2021 at 3:00pm ET. Offerors must submit their proposal no later than 22 February at 3:00pm ET. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered in the System for Award Management at http://www.beta.sam.gov.
