- PROVIDE PM PROGRAM AND SERVICES FOR PORT SECURITY BARRIER SYSTEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ATTACHED PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENTS (SR#18896519). The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services describled in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Navy Region Japan to include the U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka Kanto Plain Area Japan supported by the installation performance-based contract tha is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work Items.��
