- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract which will include multiple NSNs. �A total of 2 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort.� This Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than full and open competition under statutory authority U.S.C.2304(c)(1). FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1660-014725136 and 1560-006142412.� The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance.� This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort.� The below list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action.� If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1660-014725136 Insulation Blanket Cover Estimated Annual Demand is 276 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 69 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 276 each. Delivery is 177 days for the First Article Sample, 120 days for Testing and Evaluation, and 258 days for the Production Quantity for a Total Required Delivery of 555 days. NSN 1560-006142412 Coupling, Flexible, Aerial Refueling Estimated Annual Demand is 172 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 43 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 172 each. Delivery is 138 Days ARO These are Critical Application Item and Export Control Restrictions apply.� Items cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M.� Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services.� Government First Article Testing (FAT) applies as well. SURGE is not required for this procurement . Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. Best value selection methods will be used.� Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD).� A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.� From the DIBBS Homepage, select �Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)� from the menu under the tab �Solicitations.�� Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.� RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).� To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.� This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com.� A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.� The solicitation package must be complete in its entirety prior to submission.� The Solicitation will be available on or about March 9, 2021.
