- The purpose of this soliciation is to award a firm fixed price contract for a base year with four option periods for the Building Automation System. This solicitation is restricted to small businesses utllizing the NAICS Code 334512 for�Automatic Environmental Control Manufacturing for Residential, Commercial, and Appliance Use.� Offerers are to follow the site visit registration guidelines mentioned in the solication. A site visit will be conducted on March 2, 3021 @11am EST. Question are to be submitted in writing via email by Friday March 5, 2021 @10am to Derek Meyers, Contract Specialist at dmeyers@kennedy-center.org with a cc to Adam Powell at apowell@kennedy-center.org. All proposals shall be sumbitted to the Derek Meyers with a cc to Adam Powell by Friday, March 12, 2021 11AM EST.
