- THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS A FIRM-FIXED PRICE ONE TIME LARGE PROCUREMENT FOR A SINGLE NSN ITEM 4720-016466755 ITEM DESCRIPTION:�HOSE ASSEMBLY, NONMETALLIC HYDROSTATIC TEST CERTIFICATE REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED WITH EACH HOSE ASSEMBLY. �ATTACH CERTIFICATES IN SUCH A WAY THAT ENSURES THEY ARE STILL ATTACHED WHEN THEY REACH THEIR FINAL DESTINATION, WHICH COULD INVOLVE MULTIPLE INTERIM SHIPMENTS. �DO NOT REMOVE CERTIFICATE. CERTIFICATE IS ONLY TO BE REMOVED BY END USER. Quantity is 296 each. Delivery is 300 days , or better offer F.O.B. is Origin. Inspection/Acceptance is ORIGIN. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.� The subject requirement is for acquisition of one NSN for the various end items. The solicitation will be available in DIBBS on March 9, 2021 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/.� Copies of the solicitation will not be available until 15 days after this notice is published in BetaSAM.� While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.���� AMC/AMSC = 1/G FIRST ARTICLE TEST (FAT) contractor is reqiored, QTY of 1 unit and will remain by the customer.� IAW BASIC SPEC NR MIL-PRF-370L REVISION NR L � DTD 07/11/2019 PART PIECE NUMBER: M370C100O5000 - correct number with letter ""O"" for bolk hose, not ""0"" zero.� IAW REFERENCE STD NR MIL-STD-129R(2) REVISION NR R � DTD 09/27/2019 PART PIECE NUMBER: IAW REFERENCE QAP 16236 SQAPMIL-PRF-370 REVISION NR � � DTD 09/02/2009 PART PIECE NUMBER: TECHNICAL DATA WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF THIS SOLICITATION One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The Government may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. By submitting a proposal in response to the solicitation, offerors agree to participate in the Reverse Auction and their prices may be publicly disclosed, including to other offerors, during the Reverse Auction. An offerr�s final auction price will be considered its final proposal revision. No price revisions will be accepted after the close of the Reverse Auction, in accordance with FAR 15.307.
