2/22/2021 Update:�Amendment 0003 and updated�RFP conformed copy.� Amendment contains a parcel size change, notes and clause updates; please review. ------ 1/21/2021 Update: Amendment 0002 and updated�RFP conformed copy.� Amendment contains quantity and clause updates; please review. ------ 11/06/2020 Update: Amendment 0001 and updated�RFP conformed copy.� Amendment contains clause and notes updates as well as end date for receipt of questions; please review. ------ This is the solicitation for the annual bulk fuel procurement for the Atlantic/Europe/Mediterranean (AEM) 2021 Purchase Program. See attachment/links section for full requests for proposals and all attachments. The fuel procured from this buy will cover various bases in the AEM geographic region. The NAICS code for this procurement is 324110.� The solicitation closing date and time is November 24, 2020 at 3PM. The Program's Ordering Period is date of award through June 30, 2022. The Delivery Period is July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, with a 30-day carryover period. The delivery methods will be Tanker FOB Origin only and Pipeline both FOB Origin and Destination, depending on the specific requirement and location. DLA Energy will be using the Bulk Offer Entry Tool (OET) for this Procurement.� The usage of the Bulk OET is mandatory. The Bulk OET will allow Offerors to electronically submit and sign their offer (including the SF1449).
