Description

AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions from quoters. The closing date and time of the solicitation remain unchanged. (Addendum to 52.212-1 of the solicitation).� AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to add FAR 52.209-11 Representation by Corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction Under Any Federal Law (FEB 2016).��� The closing date and time of the solicitation remain unchanged. (Addendum to 52.212-1 of the solicitation).� COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� It is the contractor�s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions.� The FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).� The solicitation number is N6264521Q0013. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 331492. The small business size standard is 750 employees. The scope of the requirement is listed in the Essential Characteristics.
