Non-federal dune and coastal vegetation shall also be constructed within the limits of the park at the locations shown on the drawings. The beach fill template between R-98.3 to R-128 includes a flat upper berm at an elevation of +5.4 ft NAVD88, sloping down at 1V:50H to a flat lower berm at an elevation of +3.9 ft NAVD88. The upper berm crests extend landward to tie-in with the existing grade or existing structures. The seaward limit of the lower berm crests slope down at 1V:10H to tie-in with the existing grade. The beach templates described above includes a +0.5 foot vertical tolerance allowance. Sand for the project will be sourced from upland mine(s) and truck hauled to the beach fill area.
