- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number FA441721QC028 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. Response Date: See betaSAM Contract Opportunities This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-03, Effective 16 February 2021. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 325120. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6830. The Size Standard for this NAICS is 1,000 employees.� This acquisition is conducted IAW FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to weekly deliver Dry Ice Pellets in accordance with attached RFQ FA441721QC028 and Statement of Work.
