- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting 10 (NCO10), in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Quality Air Heating and Cooling Inc, NAICS 238220 applies. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, test equipment, technical manuals and transportation necessary to perform preventive maintenance on the Building Management Systems (BMS) which controls and monitors all the buildings on the Battle Creek VA Medical Center (BCVAMC) Campus heating, air ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, for a base period of one (1) year with two (2) one (1) year options, exercisable at the Government s discretion. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. All responses must be mailed to Olalekan Ismail by email olalekan.ismail@va.gov or at Network Contract Office 10 (NCO10), 8888 Keystone Crossing Suite 1100 Indianapolis, IN 46240 no later than 14:00 EDT February 24, 2021.
