Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) � Fort Knox intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), 1800 Duke St, Alexandria, VA 22314 to provide certified professional training to aide with a known knowledge gap for Soldiers in the Career Manager Field (CMF) 79 and meet the objects of Army Directive 2018-08 in creating an Institutionally Delivered Credential (IDC). The Society for Human Resource Management is the only authorized institute currently approved through the Army Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL) website. As such, SHRM/Holmes Corporation is the sole distributor of the SHRM Learning System. Those that complete the program will obtain an SHRM-Certified Professional credential.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) and a solicitation will not be issue. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement will be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 24 February 2021, 14:00 P.M. Eastern Time (ET), award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.� Responses shall include the following: 1. Company name and address. 2. Synopsis of the contractor's capabilities and ability to provide an SHRM-CP. 3. CAGE code, DUNS number and TAX number. 4. Point of contact name and phone number.
