Description

The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, �Only One Responsible Source� based on no other company can provide compatible hardware and proprietary support with the current Government-owned ARTEMIS Systems. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Nanotok LLC, 3075 Raccoon Point Road, Eastsound, WA, 98245-9429, USA for Autonomous Real Time Electric and Magnetic Integrated Sensor (ARTEMIS) Zynq System Hardware and Support. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, this notice does function as a Request for Information (RFI) for offeror�s who believe they can meet the Government�s requirement (see Section 9 below). Any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. �A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �NOTE: See attached Synopsis document.
