Description: Program Manager Infantry Combat Equipment (PM ICE), Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), is seeking industry input to identify material(s), potential sources, and manufacturing capabilities for a Berry compliant next-to-skin mesh base layer for the Marine Corps Mountain Cold Weather Clothing System. �The mesh base layer will be a supplement to the current Marine Corps layering system to improve moisture regulation and thermal performance in extreme cold weather environments. For the purpose of this RFI, a mesh base layer set consists of (1) undershirt and (1) drawer.
