- Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Acquisition Operations (OAO), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown NJ intends to enter into a contract on a basis of other than full and open competition for the National Center for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (NCPTSD) has a requirement for web-based clinical research recruitment and engagement in order to recruit online and manage enrollment for the study. This effort is proposed to be awarded on a sole source basis. The period of performance will be a 12-month base period and one, 12-month option period. The TAC intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Yuzu Labs PBC 2673 Suisun Avenue San Jose, California 95121. The Request for Information for this action was posted under 36C10B21Q0123. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1).
