Description

AMENDMENT #4: Inclusion of Q&A dated 23�February 2021 AMENDMENT #3: Inclusion of Q&A dated 18�February 2021 AMENDMENT #2: Inclusion of Q&A dated 17�February 2021 AMENDMENT #1: Inclusion of Q&A dated 16�February 2021 An attachment for Q&A's for this solicitation has been added to this announcement. This requirement is for Aerobic Instruction Services necessary to comply with group exercise requirements outlined in Air Force Instruction 34-266, Fitness, Sports, and World Class Athlete Program. The resulting contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price with one (7 month) base period and four (12 month) option periods.� The award date is anticipated to be mid-March 2021. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide aerobic instruction services. The contractor shall provide up to and on average�25 aerobic classes per week�of varying intensities. OTHER DETAILS: The Request for Quotation and other attachments must be downloaded from https://beta.sam.gov. No paper copies will be issued.
