Description

I AM EXTENDING THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FEBRUARY 1, 2021 AT NOON SO VENDORS CAN COMPLETE THEIR SUBMISSIONS. **1/19/2021: PLEASE SEE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS POSTED BY A VENDOR After conducting a Site Visit and vendors asked questions, we have had to take another look at the SOW.� The following are ""Options"" that we are including.� Please price thest 2 Options when submitting your quotes. ***PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED EMAIL WITH THE ""OPTIONS"" INFORMATION Questions & Answers: Q: Are the drawings provided for all 3 buildings? There are 3 buildings listed, but appears only to be 2 buildings in the drawings.� A: This is to ONLY clean ventilation for 2 buildings Q: Is it safe to say lifts are only needed in areas F & G of the MPA Hanger?� A: F and G are the main part of the hangar and would not require ventilation cleaning.� The South West corner of Area B, might need lifts to access the ventilation. Q: What Building # is the MPA Hanger considered?� A:� Building # 3181 Q: Building 3172 1st floor drawing shows no ductwork on right side of drawing. Please confirm there is ductwork there that will need to be cleaned.� A: The locker rooms ventilation immediately when you enter 3172 will need to be cleaned. Q: Can all ductwork be reached by ladders in Building 3172 or will lifts be needed? A: You should be able to access all duct work in 3172 with a ladder. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to clean the ventilation systems at Air Station Cape Cod. Building/ duct schematics can be provided upon request. The Contractor shall identify, in writing, a recommended course of action by outlining the components and ducting systems that require cleaning and those, which do not. The Contractor shall also provide an itemized estimate for cleaning services so that the scale of the project can be adjusted as necessary. ***Please also see the attached Statement of Work for all details.
