- COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Gordon issuing�his Combined Synopsis and Solicataion�synopsis as mean� to identify potential sources having an interest The Department of Public Works (DPW) has a mission essential requirement non-personnel services contract to provide Portable Chemical Latrines (PCLs) and Hand Washing Stations (HW) on Fort Gordon, Georgia and Pointes West Army Resort. Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is�W9124921Q0003 �and is issued as a Request for Quote, unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect within the attached Solicitation.�This�is for a�[100% Small Business] set-aside and only qualified offers may submit quotes. Solicitation and Buy Attachments: ***Question Submission: Interested offers� must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered. *** Offers� that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the�Attached�Solicitation and�pricing spreadsheet. �Failure to comply with the below terms and conditions may result in offer being determined as non-responsive. **Bid MUST be good until 30 September 2021**. NAICS Code 562991 must be present in vendor SAM account prior to contract award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. �W91249-21-Q-0003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).��Quotes�are due on 09 March 2021@ 1300 PM EST.� Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by 05 March 2021.� The requirements�is for (Septic Tank and Related Service), as specified in the attached Solicitation (W91249-21-Q-0003). SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Contractor employees performing on this contract must be a U.S. citizen. At work performance start date, each contracted employee, to include Subcontractors, performing on this contract will require a background check (T1/NACI) investigation. The Contractor shall ensure that all assigned personnel understand applicable security policies and directives found in Department of Defense (DOD) 5220.22-M, National Industry Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM); AR 380-5, Information Security Program; and all other applicable policies and regulations.
