- The Solicitation, W912DR21Q0026, will be issued for Janitorial services and is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 561720 size standard of $19,500,000. The project has an anticipated performance period of a base and 4 option years. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM . Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work for Janitorial Services described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the following locations:� 7522 Connelley Drive, Suite A Hanover, MD 21076 54 A. Mountain Road Glen Burnie, MD 21060 2305 Liberty Heights Ave Baltimore, MD 21215 5439 Baltimore National Pike Catonsville, MD 21229 The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services. All Request for Information(RFI) shall be submitted via e-mail to neil.o.gonzalez@usace.army.mil No Later than Wednesday, 10th March 2021 at 12:00 PM EST. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Tuesday, 23 February 2021, to all authenticated account holders at beta.SAM.gov Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, but Unclassified Documents, and required users to have a valid MPIN entered in the beta.SAM system to access package.
