- On the prior amendment the closing date defaulted to February 05, 2021. The Purpose of this Amendment is to clarify that the RFQ quotation submission deadline will remain March 05, 2021 @ 15:00 EST and question submission period will be available until Friday February 26th @ 1500 PM EST. These dates may be revised to a later date following the site visit walk-through and question closing. Additionally, one question and its response were left off from the prior amendment and is posted here. 7. Prior to COVID-19, what was the average turn over in a given month? With length of stay, turnover is 66 on average.
