- Description
- Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for Vertical Assault Climbing Facility Services/Passes in the immediate vicinity of JEB Little Creek, VA.� The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders to Latitude Climbing and Fitness (CAGE PENDING).� The estimated minimum contract value is $5,000 and the estimated maximum contract value is $249,000.00. The sole source acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available. The Sole Source Justification (SSJ) will be posted under this synopsis.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 713940, and the small business size standard is $8M.� This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
