- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: ������������������������������������������������� State: Redford City: Michigan Delineated Area: North: Eight Mile Rd. South: Eureka Rd. East: Southfield Fwy. (M-39) to Dix-Toledo, to Eureka Rd. West: Inkster Rd. to 5 Mile Rd., 5 Mile Rd. to Haggerty Rd., Haggerty Rd. to Joy Rd., Joy Rd. to Hix Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 22,708 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,843 Space Type: Flex, Warehouse Structured Parking Spaces (Total): 36, structured and secured Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: Subleases will not be considered. The Government will have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Space shall be contiguous on one floor. Warehouse space(appx. 19,000) requires minimum 15� ceilings At least one warehouse garage door 14� high by 12� wide is required.
