- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Alexandria � Delineated Area: North to the 14th Street Bridge East to Union Street South to I-495 West to I-395 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,977 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,726 ABOA SF Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 60 Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 12 (Reserved) approx. 20% Parking Spaces (Surface): 60 Surface Spaces Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Cancellation Rights: 120 days Additional Requirements: The offered space must be contiguous. Subleases are not acceptable. The offered building must have the ability to accommodate Interagency Security Committee Level 3 Security Requirements Offered buildings must be able to meet all Government requirements contained in this FBO Ad and in the RLP/Lease to be issued, including but not limited to requirements for fire-safety, amenities, sustainability, and handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. �Space shall be located within a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.� Not all minimum requirements are stated in this advertisement. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.
