Description: The Government seeks to add a Five Year, Three Year Firm�Option to Renew to Lease GS-05P-LIL17071 for the existing leased premises, which consists of 22,329 Rentable Square Feet of office and laboratory space at 6502 S. Archer Ave., Bedford Park, IL.� If the Government is successful in adding the Option to Renew at terms advantageous to the Government, the Government will prepare�a Justification of Other than Full and Open Competition prior to�exercising�the Option to Renew.� The Option to Renew will provide that the option must be exercised�at least thirty days prior to the expiration of the term of the subject lease.
