Description

This notification is to issue Solicitation FA301621R0013 along with�it's attachments and to provide additional site visit details.� �A pre-proposal conference will take place on 25 Feb,2021 promptly at 3:00 pm CST, the call in number is 720-740-9651 Access code: 2741459. It is highly encouraged to attend the conference, please have the SOW and attachments available during the meeting for reference while we are talking through them. The site visit will take place Wednesday 10 Feb 2021 at 10AM. After receiving your base pass please proceed to hanger 64 for the start of the site visit, we will be meeting in front of the building for a short briefing before entering the workspace. Once we conclude the tour of hanger 64 we will drive over to hanger 12 for the final portion of the walk through. Location #1: Hanger 64 1451 5th St West JBSA-Randolph, TX 78150 Location #2: Hangar 12 1450 5th St East JBSA-Randolph, TX 78150 During your visit, please be mindful of the 6ft social distancing precautions. We ask that all questions during the visit are submitted in writing therefore no questions are missed and we can continue to practice social distancing. In accordance with the Secretary of Defense, Effective immediately, all individuals on military installations, as defined below, and all individuals performing official duties on behalf of the Department from any location other than the individual�s home, including outdoor shared spaces, will wear mask in accordance with the most current CDC guidelines. Individuals must wear masks continuously while on military installations. Individuals must consistently wear a mask that covers the nose and mouth and that comports with all current guidance from the CDC and Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
