- Description
- Amendment 0001 add ponts of contact for material disposal to Specification Section 31 00 00.00 13 Earthwork, Paragraph 1.4. See attachment for full changes. This project is located in Devils Lake North Dakota, just south of Highway 2. The work consists of excavating approximately 2 feet in the existing 17th Street Ponding area for a total of 26 acre-feet of excavation. The excavated material will be disposed of on nearby City property. The site is to be top-soiled and seeded following excavation. A small lift station will be required and consists of an approximately 15""manhole, two 1250 gallon per minute electric pumps and a discharge line across the 17th Street levee/roadway. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this project is 237990-Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $39.5M. This is a Small Business Set Aside Procurement Payment and Performance Protection is required in accordance with FAR Part 28.
