The Government owns the Build-to-Print Technical Data Package and the offeror is required to manufacture and deliver the Universal Pallet Adapter in accordance with drawing DL4145AS0180. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
