- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - DETROIT, Michigan is issuing a solicitation with the intent to result in the award of a single requirements contract for the estimated supplies specified for the following: Noun: WIRING HARNESS, BRANCHED NSN: 5995016431684 Procurement is 100% Small Business Set-aside All responsible sources may submit a PROPOSAL that, if timely received, shall be considered. PROPOSAL(s) must be submitted electronically via email to Nichole Taylor at Nichole.d.taylor.civ@mail.mil and/or to Mark Hirsch at mark.r.hirsch.civ@usa.army.mil . Technical Data Package: A link to the TDP will be available when the solicitation is released. The TDP is EXPORT CONTROLLED, Distribution D Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL) You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation, via beta.SAM.gov To register, or to re-register, please select the DD Form 2345 link (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/DD2345Form.pdf) and submit the form to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company. See the instructions at https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/InstructionsDDform2345.pdf. Mail the DD Form 2345 to the address is provided on form; it CANNOT be faxed or emailed. The process should take no more than one week for you to be certified or denied for approval under the JCP. If you encounter problems, please contact JCP at 1-877-352-2255 or via email at dlacontactcenter@dla.mil. Your firm must request access to the TDP in beta.SAM.gov in addition to submitting the above form in order to be granted access to the TDP. Once these requirements have successfully been completed, you will be granted access to the TDP. If you do not have access to beta.SAM.gov, recommend you register as soon as possible.
